I was wondering if anyone could help me understand my mare’s bloodlines a bit better. I’ve had her now for 12 years and she will be turning 30 next month, so it’s just for educational purposes to learn more about her lineage.
This is not my mare’s pedigree but a full sister of hers; both are out of Banbury Coronel and Banbury Kabar by Sally Cleaver in the 80s.

My mare was sold (at least) twice before I got her and her IALHA papers were lost long ago; I believe she is still registered to the person who bought her from Sally Cleaver.
I’ve been trying to do my own research and a few of the names in her bloodline are popping out: on her dam’s side she is a granddaughter of Capitan XIII who I believe was a Carthusian Stallion; she is a also a great-great granddaughter of Maluso, a Yeguada Militar [military stallion], on her sire’s side.
I’m at a loss for any of her other ancestors.
