Universal Show Coat for Dressage and Stadium Jumping - For Men

I am looking for a mens show coat that I can use for both a Jumper show along with a Dressage show. I don’t want to break the bank and would like to remain under $300.

What are your thoughts on these? I really like the Horseware Mens Competition Jacket but not sure I like the zipper pocket look. The Ariat Heritage coat looks almost more of a hunter coat…maybe I am wrong.

What other places could I look?

Big vote for the AA Motionlite! It’s super comfortable in the heat and it looks classy. For jumpers & dressage you’d be fine in any of their colors. Check eBay & international sellers for lower pricing. Also, FYI that I had to size up in the women’s version. The size chart is pretty accurate so read it carefully before ordering if you can’t try them on locally.

I wear my Animo (navy) for both. I got it for $250 as a closeout. Get what you like and don’t worry too much. We are not show hunters.

You could call the Farmhouse Tack store re their men’s Closeout Closet Jackets. Purchased a beautiful navy Italian made Equiline jacket for a real bargain. They were incredibly helpful and it shipped very quickly. Good luck - men’s gear is so hard to find!
