Would these be safe to feed to canaries and finches?
The choices are to feed now or not at all, as the plants are about to be weed-whacked, but I know the birds would love them if they’re not toxic at this stage. (This is true foxtail millet grown from old birdseed, not a weed.)
…although the wild birds aren’t eating them. Maybe they’re not so tasty.
