Do you have a horse registered with the USDF and with an unusual breed registry/association that gives out awards in the All Breeds program? If so, what breed?
Hungarian Warmblood.
Knabstrupper

Nokota
Horse of the Americas (aka Colonial Spanish) At least they used to! I’ve not been current.
Westfalen Reitpony
Another Colonial Spanish horse aka Spanish Mustang. At one point we had an all breed award available but I think that registry took it down. American Heritage Horse was hoping to sponsor awards this season. I need to get on that and see what is going on.
What’s a Nokota? North Dakota bred horse?
Seriously, I’ve never heard of that one!
And now I have a Knabstrupper registered too!.. (Hi, Melyni). The trick is going to be to actually go out and compete!
Judy- when did you get a Knabstrupper and from where?
(to answer the OP question- I have an Appy, competed for All-Breeds in the past but he is retired from showing now)

Irish Draught. Irish Draught Horse Society of North America supports the All-Breeds program.
Unfortunately, in 2009 we only got two qualifying shows, or likely would have topped the standings for our breed for in-hand showing. Colt Warrior’s Marque cleaned up, in any case, we just needed another show for him.
Damn this lousy economy!
Knabstrupper!
Canadian Horse (Canadian Horse Breeders Association)
I have 2 of the 12 declared horses

If this weather would only clear up, then we could all go out and compete! Hang on in there Spring is coming (one day).
How is P doing?

I don’t know that I’d say unusual, just less commonly seen in the dressage ring - American Saddlebred.
I bought one of Melyni’s Knabstrupper mares in January. We got to ride about 3 times at Compass Rose before Snowmageddon. Now we are waiting for some snow to melt so we can get busy again.
Miss P is doing fabulously. She didn’t much like when we lost the turnout for awhile (snow, snow, snow), but she’s getting out again - despite the snow covering the back line of fencing. No one’s escaping that way - they don’t like going into wither deep drifts.
Another Irish Draught.
Does Standardbred count as unusual?
Still have to send in the paperwork, but we’re shooting for it this year!
