Yeah the weather is garbage. It’s okay though, since this guy needs some major revamping before I get on him (feet and teeth). Better not to be tempted to get on him 🫣

Well? Did you get those matchy matchy accessories yet? Have I missed pictures?
Aw, thanks for asking! I have been incredibly strong and haven’t bought any matchy-matchy accessories, because it turns out I need a new saddle. That has regrettably killed the cute saddle pad budget for the foreseeable future.
And no, you haven’t missed any pictures. I’ve discovered since buying her that she seems to be pretty well-known locally, and I had/have a little bit of a stalker situation with someone connected to the equine industry, so I’m careful about what I post online. It’s a real bummer since my camera roll has already accumulated so many pictures of her perfect kissable nose! I guess I’d be happy to share some over PM, although I’m not sure how to either send or receive one?
(Since we’re in an anxiety-themed thread already, I might as well take this opportunity to admit that I’m feeling a ton of anxiety about not deserving a horse this nice, and not being a good enough rider for her.) (No, I have no reason to believe that my trainer pointed me to a horse outside my skill level to guarantee her paycheck. I just have an anxiety disorder and a lot of baggage from the last horse I owned.)
