Good gracious! I didn’t realize, or remember, that he was still dealing with the upcoming krol. The “justice” system is sometimes wrong and as she states it bankrupts people that are trying to prove their innocence. I wish I could send more than a dribble, but hopefully it will help.

He was last week. I saw him as he rode past me in a car down in Lox.
Yes - he was released to travel to Florida after the August Krol hearing.
Currently he still has to follow the direction of the court as he has not been fully released. They are hopeful that he will be fully released at the hearing in February, but with this judge - don’t hold your breath.
I wonder how Safe Sport is going to proceed with this? It sounds of though they are still ignoring the jury’s verdict. Looks as though he is on the Interim suspension list which is a temporary suspension pending an investigation. I wonder if that means an internal investigation or criminal. Really not sure how SS treats a NGRI, they probably are not sure either.
I don’t think they are ignoring the verdict. They changed the nature of his suspension right after the verdict. I think they are operating on the Krol status and when he can get removed from it then they will address the issues, but not a minute before.
Does he have any opportunities to ride?
AFAIK, he’s back at his own farm and has his own horses to ride
