Indeed, it often does. But today it feels a bit more productive. Iām able to ask questions about base of knowledge and discovery, for instance, and that feels like a nice change. I have actually learned some new things today, which is refreshing.

Iām not saying this to be unkindā¦but this is the last time Iām going to tell you this about August 8. This is not my understanding of the truthā¦these are facts.
LK had 4 horses at the barn. After she was shot who was supposed to take care of her horses? RC who gave MB her pink Ruger? MHG who hated LK? They went to the barn to take care of the horses. Period.
They did not cross police tape as there was none. The barn is no where near the crime scene.
They entered the barn absolutely silently. There was no yelling or even talking!
There were no recording devices and/or tapes taken. With LK fighting for her life such devices were the furthest thing from their minds!
JK and RG never saw MHG that day or even knew she was there. Period! MHG is a god damn liar! Period! She made the same lying call to police as she had the previous week!
LK has made her feelings clear to MBās attorneys. She does not want MB off but I donāt believe itāll make her feel good if he gets the 20+ years he will likely get if found guilty on both counts. I believe, however, if MB came clean about MHGās role (which I promise you will come out sooner or later (think 48 Hours)ā¦THERE ARE TAPESā¦ that she would be extremely helpful to MB at sentencing.
Bilinkas may be a good lawyer but has an incredible ego. It is often the job of the most high priced attorney to get a plea a lesser attorney could not. In my opinion, rolling the dice with a clientās life because I think juries love me is a bad idea. But somehow OJ got offā¦so maybe MB will too. But make no mistakeā¦OJ had a much better case than MB.
Of course MB remembers the incident. I have letters heās written from jailā¦and so does the prosecutor. You saw the hearing on October 8. Asking the cop whether he heard MB say, " I gotta wake up, this must be a dream" was a horrible strategy by Bilinkasā¦in my opinion. Saying, āthis must be a dream, I gotta wake upā is something you say when you learn your child has been shot, or when youāre told you have terminal cancer or when you lose your life savings at a casino. Itās not what you say when youāre dreamingā¦itās what you say when you know perfectly well what is happening but wish it werenāt true. Jury aināt gonna buy that.
And if you think you know who I am IRLā¦good. Then we are even.

Iāve noted you didnāt say they werenāt in the barn but rather that they werenāt taken.
You DO know that horses eat several times a day EVERY DAY so who fed them the rest of the time? Did you keep going back? Did RG keep feeding them? If so why couldnāt RG do it alone at that time?

Honest questions of fact:

Was there police tape around the house, specifically the site of the shooting?

If not, why was the crime scene not secured?

Did JK/RG enter the house the day after the shooting or only the barn?

Was there any history/indication that the staff treated LKās horses differently/worse than any other horses or was the fear that they would conjecture (b/c it could not have been fact on the day)?

Why would RG go back alone? Only people who conspired to kill him were likely to be there. And good thingā¦ as there are now two people who will swear under oath that MHG is a damn liar.
OK cut the crapā¦I made it clear the first timeā¦no tapes were taken from anywhere.

There were 6 - 7 people at the barn the next day, including MHās father, who did see and hear both RG and JK.
If you are talking about the 7 page or so letter MB wrote about life in the jail, he never mentioned the shooting or that day at all! I doubt heās written you directly.

MHG doesnāt matter at all. Itās funny you say that LKs social media posts donāt mean anything (which, if true makes it more bizarre that I can summon her simply by saying I saw a post in which she stated she had a Ruger) but what TRULY doesnāt mean anything is MHG. I know LK is obsessed with her but MHG isnāt charged with a darn thing. Didnāt even allegedly shoot anyone. Wasnāt accused or charged of doing a single thing. The ONLY mention of her evilness comes from LK and by extension, YOU.
I find this compelling.
Oh and as for insults to me and about me - just shows me the coconut doesnāt fall from the tree. And after over 30 + years in my job doesnāt faze me one bit. But I bet it excites you to type it.

I donāt believe there was police tape around the house whatever day it was RG and JK went to the house to get clothes for RGā¦but I will check and get back. Remember all RGās clothes were in that house.
I will also check as to whether JK/RG went to the barn and house the same day.
I know you didnāt ask this but Iām going to say it over and overā¦RG and JK did not go to the house or barn to retrieve any tapes or videos. I have no idea what anyoneās relationship is with Eggbutt or KM but anyone who believes a word they say is making a big mistakeā¦if you care about the truth.
LK had complained in the last weeks that the staff were improperly feeding the horses at MHGās directionā¦although since LK and Rg lived at the house a few hundred yards away they did a lot of feeding, turn out and night check themselves. There had previously been working students (19 year old girls) at the barn who LK trusted but MHG drove them awayā¦and they will so testify if necessary.

I didnāt carefully word any sentence. I answered a question I was asked. Iām not playing word games.
MHG has not been charged with conspiracy to commit murder becauseā¦becauseā¦why donāt you tell us what is needed to prove conspiracy. Never mind. Iāll tell you. Sitting around talking about harming or killing someone isnāt good enough. You have to say something like, "weāre gonna kill LK at 1pm next Thursday, etc., etc. Much specificity needed. The prosecutor would love to charge MHG if he could.
But no worries. She will be exposed and there is zero chance she will ever represent this country in Olympics.
