I think that gets overlooked because the fact that the relationship was working for both parties for awhile seems to go against the narrative people here have in their heads.
Say what?
Itās not overlooked. Itās a number. One fact we, maybe, know.
If Iām remembering wrong, so be it. Thatās certainly plausible.
MH had only moved into the same house as LK 8 weeks before the weeklong meltdown.
Could that be another example of inept police practices (the date)?
RG did work for a bath remodeling firm for a while, disappeared for several weeks (they actually called the police for a wellness check plus he had quite a bit of their equipment), came back and disappeared again. They refused to take him back again under any circumstances. Interesting though, ALL the customers liked him and gave him 5 star reviews. Never any complaints.
According to whom?
Maybe, I guess. The warrant was issued in the middle of Octoberā¦.but it seems to be a weird mistake. And then, the bigger question, why bother if they werenāt going to do anything with the charges?
If your question is to me about the bath remodeling firm, according to the owners.
Yeah, I always belly laugh at the āloss of past and future wagesā part!!
Oh, they are out there. We found a day laborer at home depot (husband hired to do yard work) who turned out to be a very skilled cabinet maker. He has his own tools he bought from other jobs. He built all of kitchen cabinets on location. We lucked out. He offered to do the plumbing, but we had to get that inspected so went with a llicensed\ bonded guy.
March of 2018 to August of 2019 sounds like a lot less than two years to me.
Not to mention they were presumably in Florida during the winter for a good chunk of that time. Were they all living under the same roof in Florida?
Not only that, turning on MH would actually open him up to more charges l, not less.
How so?
It would add conspiracy charges for one. He couldnāt roll on MH without making her the planner, him the actorā¦.
That last sounds like she saw he was having financial problems and brought in more horses and rg doing work MB couldnāt otherwise afford. Thus becoming something like a patron of old, and having a larger say in his business. He put all his eggs in one basket, so to speak. If there was discord between lk and mh, it stands to reason he was at the friction point. What is the cost of giving up autonomy for income?
Just my two cents.

I think this is an exaggeration on LKās part. I canāt see how 2 1/2 horses worth of training āsavesā a farm. He had a lot of things he could shuffle around/sell, including selling one of the farms, before he was in total financial ruin. It is very possible that the extent of the remodeling job required permits that were never filed. Those permits would require the inclusion of licensing information, that RG didnāt have, before being approved. When the building inspector came, they would have condemned until the work could be properly permitted.

Where is this āhaving financial problemsā coming from? One person only. I havenāt heard there were money issues from anyone but her.
He put all his eggs in one basket, so to speak.
Was she the only customer there at the time? Or even the primary customer? Did he not have any other horses or students in the barn?
LK wants others to believe she apparently was a confidant, best friend, someone MB leaned onā¦she likes to say things about financial and personal relationships with MB as though she did his books and read his diary!!
No, she was NOT the only client with horses at the NJ facility, but she demanded all the attention for sure.
