And I don’t mean that to be unkind. I just find it curious that the only information, or, more accurately, misinformation you people can ever seem to “locate,” just happens to jive (you hope) with whatever other misinformation your fellow “speculator,” was just wishing (in a post made directly prior) would miraculously be found! Out of context? Always. Out of line? Absolutely.

Why then, I wonder, is it so difficult to locate a FB post?? I’ll venture a guess. It simply doesn’t fit the portrayed narrative offered by someone who told a blatant lie. Just “speculating.”

I asked a very simple question. From your description, it sounds like this video was posted on your own public Facebook page. Is that correct? If so, when?

Where is this video that you say proves your version of the events that day?

Is it mysteriously missing? If so, that seems to be a bit of a pattern.

@Inigo-montoya seemed to tell us that the entire situation was due to a mean girl spat between two women and MB was caught in the middle and became collateral damage (completely paraphrasing here). That doesn’t completely correspond to what LK has said for 2+ years. IM gave much more info than LK ever has IMO. I don’t understand why his ultra defense has ended at this point. For the most part everyone was fairly civil to him.

And……. One other thing. If a case is dismissed TWICE, but the person bringing the suit refuses to accept the word “NO,” - isn’t that, in itself, a pretty good indicator that the pattern of bullying, narcissistic behavior and harassment is exactly that which I and others have described as the patterns of bullying (etc) behavior of Michael Barisone? Or, does someone need to find for you the two recent dismissals which is the basis for the TITLE of this very thread?? Ok. Horses are calling!

It was dismissed on his civil rights not proven to have been violated. Nothing more.

I have stated repeatedly, MB tried very hard to force me to provide him my horse, Frontline. He knew Even Better was not up for discussion. He did not know, NEITHER WAS FRONTLINE. And, as it has been stated by others, there was a meeting (which I called) in September of 2018. This is when I bought JayT. Despite MB basically offering me (almost) ANY horse in his barn for an “even Steven,” trade for Frontline, I refused.

All this does, combined with seahorse’s account, prove is that MB is desperate to be associated with the Olympics again……and provide another reason why he’d be done with training you and ask you to leave. I seem to recall you going on about MHG having a younger full/half sibling to your horse, so why would MB need to get yours anymore.
