I updated my email to reflect the proper email when going through the process of establishing my creds in this new system. I the selected Existing user, put in my username and it said it’s tied to a different account. I’m assuming it’s tied to my obsolete email address. It forced to create a new user profile. Anyway to get my old identity back?
Have you tried using just your existing user name & password? Don’t use updated email to login.

I had the same thing happen only I do not have a new email address. It would not let me in as an existing member with my old user name. I had to create a new account. I am also missing my old identity!
I would PM mod 1 let it be known of your issue. I tagged mod 1 already. So hopefully this will be looked into.
