The only attorneys you don’t pay up front are pro Bono attorneys or in some places, “ambulance chasers” aka personal injury attorneys. But, if they win, they get about 33% plus expenses.

He is seeking compensation for the debts he has incurred.

It does not read that he is seeking compensation for the expenses he incurred when he paid his lawyers.

It does when you read the entire complaint. Here’s a couple more paragraphs. You can look up the rest if you feel so inclined.

Whether MB has already paid his lawyers was a topic on the thread when several posters speculated that he could use the insurance settlement to buy a nice young prospect or “go on a cruise”.

Honestly, if the settlement isn’t big enough to fund a nice young prospect or a cruise…

I bet proceeds from the book deal will cover it.

Either way… he should be all set.

What do you think he should name the horse? I’m still stuck on “Redemption.” I think it’s cool name - classy, positive, tells a story - it’s good. I’m not sure how popular the R line is anymore though. Various Warmblood lines come in and out of fashion, depending on a number of factors.

I do know of two really nice young GOV stallions I like though, who have “F” names. I think a prospect named “Fortitude” would also be cool.

Maybe LO and MB can pull together a syndicate in 2024 after the SafeSport penalty is lifted, and interested parties can buy in. That would be really neat!

It is so very interesting to me that you are so extremely fixated on trying to determine if someone is an insider.

Why does that matter to you - a self proclaimed “random nobody”?

For that matter, why does it matter to ANYONE whether someone is an insider or not? Does it matter to the K-Klan? And if so, WHY? What possible reason would they have to try to “out” someone as an insider?

The only reason I can come up with is that they intend to target that person for some kind of retribution. What a bunch of kockroaches.
