I’m not a legal professional such as yourself, but I am a professional in the financial industry.

The fact that Barisone has “incurred debts” to lawyers and expert witnesses does not mean that that the lawyers have been paid.

If they had been paid, they would not be current debts.

You’re skipping over the word compensating. It’s rather important in that sentence. But, you do you. Like you always do.

No, I read word “compensating”, Ekat.

He is seeking compensation for the debts he has incurred.

It does not read that he is seeking compensation for the expenses he incurred when he paid his lawyers.

This is another step in Michael getting his life back. Certainly something to be happy about. Again, that one poster cannot help but try to rain on the parade again. I just cannot imagine an existance where you are so blinded to facts and actuality that you keep going to bat and beating the drum for the K Klan whom you “supposedly” don’t know. Either that, or the hatred for MB is too strong to resist trying to bring this thread down. Not successful. This is happy news and no amount of blabber can take that away. 99.99% of us have waited for this day to come and cannot be happier for MB.

Do all of us random strangers on the internet really need to know every private detail of everything? Not just referring to this lawyer fee thing - but a long lost of statements and queries throughout endless threads. I am puzzled as to why it so very important to know everything. All the time. Repeating the same claims and accusations over and over and over again throughout these threads is very strange… something LK has always done/is still doing out there on SM. I well remember the endless merry-go-round blaming everything on MHG that you indulged in as well as LK.
