USDF website

Am I the only one getting an error when logging on?

No, I’m getting an error too. It seems all portions of the website are down.

They announced they were having issues and were aware of it.

THey just announced that it will be down for maintenance for an unknown length of time. Facebook post has all the phone numbers you might need for info.

Site is still down …

You’d think for $90 per person per year they could keep a website up.

Is there a work around to check scores? I have a client interested in a horse for sale and we wanted to look at scores from last year.

Check the horse’s record on the USEF website? It has scores, and you can change the search dates.

I would call them. They posted their numbers on their facebook page since they don’t when it’s going to get fixed. They are trying to be response through facebook as they understand what an inconvenience this is for everyone.

Edit: Looks like it’s back up! Yay!!

The website debacle hit during the entry period for one of the shows close to me. Lots of friends are struggling to get their entries completed, because of the USDF site being down.

Due to COVID, many of us put off renewing our memberships until we knew we would be able to show. Now, a number of people are having to submit USDF affidavits to certify memberships and horse information. I really feel for the show staff, who was already trying to get this show organized on short order due to COVID, and now have to deal with this cluster**** as well.

The USDF is even waiving the $5 affidavit fee for us! (sarcasm font)

And they wonder why USDF numbers are low. After this I will likely never do a USDF membership again, and just have a group membership through my GMO, although that does mean I won’t be able to compete with all the other well heeled amateurs for big sparkly championships, as if I could.
