USEA Dressage Tests

I’m sure this is something that is common knowledge, but I can’t seem to find the answer. When do the new USEA dressage tests come out?

The Eventing dressage tests come from USEF.
New ones came out THIS year, so ther will not be new ones for another 4 years.
