Although it’s not necessarily a tack consignment site, I have found tons of great tack on eBay! I have tons of saved searches, which have led me to some really nice stuff (and made me accumulate way more than I need, lol)!

MD Saddlery, linked above is nice–I’m near one of their actual physical locations and go on fairly regularly and have gotten some great deals.
I just bought a saddle through Maryland Tack Exchange (which is not actually in MD, but FL), and they were very easy to work with. Saddle arrived in 4 days, over a weekend!
