Does anyone know if I can send USEF a preemptive change of ownership or something to allow the new owner to change ownership without having to contact me?
A bit of backstory - I do lifetime USEF memberships for our TB foals who are going to race & sell at auction. I am fairly active and contactable on social media but would love to remove one more barrier if at all possible for the future owners.
I will email USEF but not sure if anyone already knew!
