I really liked Eleanor Rudnicki’s round too, I hope she makes the call back.
Nice job, Julia
I watched Luke last weekend at the USET finals and IMHO, I think his horse isn’t very easy to ride. It looked to me that he (the horse) started to unravel a bit at the end of this course.
When Dominic Gibbs had to ride him in the USET finals it wasn’t a good fit and I think they are both sympathetic riders.
Oh I bet that hurt, Kendall just SLAMMED her knee into that standard.
She did a really good job staying committed to that last line because her horse was really not interested.
He was not keen on that side of the ring all the way up that side. She actually brushed her shoulder on the hanging plant on top of the first jump in that line.
Hope she’s ok.
My feed is getting really bad now—ugh!
Huh. Mine is fine still
Maybe it’s my WiFi.
Laurel Smith is going to get it done come hell or high water. You go, chica.
Mine has been getting a bit temperamental as well. I’ve had to go back and forth between devices a few times. And of course, it’s always right before one I really want to see. Vexing.
And at one point when I refreshed it, the feed tried to take me back and show me the 80th rider, or something like that. What the…?
Now Jim Hagman has joined them for the commentary. It’s really interesting to hear the different perspectives from the different people.
I can’t tell if Tessa Downey had a swap in front of the Swedish or not. Lovely round otherwise.
Excellent round by Tessa Downey. What a lovely horse.
Didn’t Jordan Allen win with that horse?
She did ride him, but she was 2nd.
Please tell me this is not Augusta Iwasaki’s last year.
Augusta Iwasaki - I missed it, what happened?
Refusal at the second jump.
She’s 17, but not sure when her birthday is, so not sure if this is her last junior year. That was such a shame. She had a run out at jump 2.
