I am going to the EAP session in California with my friend and are wondering if anyone else has done it? Is the stable management taught there just regular care of the horse and what is the written test like
Congrats–if you’re like my kid, you’ll learn a great deal from this great opportunity. Just some thoughts from a mom of a kid who participated a couple of years ago…You might find it helpful to review the USJHA study guide, look over the US Pony Club manuals. Depends upon your background, but the stable management seemed for many to be to a more exacting standard than they might have been used to. Be prepared for heat. Most of all, soak in all you can from the knowledgeable instructors.
