Heard a rumor VAHW is happening again this year but nothing up on the website as of yet - anyone else know anything? Also, the FHC is definitely being held - does anyone know any of the hosting hunts?
I’ve been told that Snickersville is one of the hunts that will host riders during the NAFHC–September 30th is their date, I believe.

Virginia Hunt Week will NOT happen in 2010 - they’re going onto an every-other-year schedule, so the next one is in 2011 (see their website.)
Oh shucks…I messed up and scheduled a horse show at MY farm on Oct 3rd so that leaves me out for the Fieldhunter Championships…which I’ve been dying to come back to!! I was hoping the Hunt Week would happen. I"m up for back surgery at Christmas, and then will spend every waking moment preparing for next fall…not sure if I’ll do the Championship or Hunt Week, but I’ve been dying to come back to VA…it’ll be something to plan and shoot for…see you then!!
