I have recently purchased a rising 4yo by Vagabond de la Pomme but am struggling to find much feedback re: what his offspring are typically like in terms of temperament and talent. I’d be really interested to hear from anybody who has direct experience of his offspring.
We’ve had a few teething issues so far, which i’m hoping are more to do with environmental stressors from the move and not a reflection of his general temperament, which as an amateur is my concern.
He’s a lovely stamp and moves and jumps well. The dam-line is very good, with his half-siblings going on to compete in SJ and Eventing in Europe and America and seemingly being quite biddable.
