I had such a positive experience with Valley Vet Supply that I had to post a review here.
When my horse was diagnosed with ulcers, I looked into the cheapest place to buy Gastrogard. While ValleyVet wasn’t 100% the cheapest, it was a name I knew and trusted, so I ordered from them. The ground shipping was free and within the time frame that I needed the meds, as they were scheduled to arrive a couple of days before I ran out of the gastrogard my vet had sold me.
After two days, there was still no UPS information showing up. All the tracking number said was that a shipping label had been created. I emailed Valley Vet, more expecting an ETA than anything else.
Well was I surprised! Someone from Valley Vet called me back almost immediately. They looked into it and were also concerned that my meds would not arrive on time. The rep assured me that if UPS wasn’t providing more information by 1PM (their shipping time), they would ship me a new box, overnighted for Monday delivery. Free of charge! (an almost $1,000 order).
Well, the information didn’t appear. Another box was sent out. Both boxes arrived on Monday! The rep called me back and asked me how I would like to send it back. They offered to have UPS come back to the barn to pick it up, but since I had UPS pick up at my office, I said I could ship it back. They emailed me a prepaid return label and all was taken care of.
TL/DR: Thank you to Valley Vet for going above and beyond to ensure my horse received his medication in a timely & cost-efficient manner.
