this is very sad. I have never had anything involving horse rescue, but I know a lot of Cothers do. I have only ever had to do with cats and dog rescue, and how many thousands and millions there are. Even with aggresive neutering and spaying , the numbers are exploding. We are bailing the ocean with a teaspoon.
