I’m flying in Friday afternoon for the jumping Fri and Sat. I’m not going to have a whole lot of time to shop so I was wondering if you could get in the building to see the vendors when the other events are going on? Shopping is half the experience

Not really sure if this is what you are looking for but…
2009 Rolex FEI World CupTM Gift Show
Visit the Official Gift Show of the World Cup FinalsLocated at the Thomas & Mack Center concourse & the Cox Pavillion
April 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
April 16-18 from 10:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
April 19 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
You can get into the gift show without a ticket. There is an outside entrance! At least this is what I remember:lol:!
Thanks!
That is what I am hoping for. The list of vendors is huge.
A friend’s company will be a vendor there with some super high quality tack and custom hunt coats!
I don’t think you can get in just to shop. As I recall the vendors were just outside the portals to the event so you can shop during the breaks and prior to the start.

I think AZ TD is right; you have to have a ticket to get into T & M at all, prior to the start of the events. I think you can exit via the vendor section once you’re already in, but IIRC, there are security people to prevent you coming in that way without showing a ticket or ticket stub.
I am here right now with Der Dau. We are on the concourse right next to where you go in to sit down. I would assume they would check tickets before you got into the building, not before you go in to take your seats. Good luck!

I think you’re right, I seem to remember it was like that 2 years ago!
My co-workers are setting up the booth today on the concourse too.

I don’t think they checked tickets until you were actually in the pavillion. I seem to recall the nylon boarders and ticket checkers being across the Der Dau booth in '07. Since my booth was in the pavillion and not on the concourse, I always had to flash my badge to get past the line. I could be wrong though and maybe they check it twice.
They check tickets as you go into T&M doors, then you can go get your seat or go into the shopping. Hope they have more venders than the first year.
I recall getting into the Cox Pavilion without a ticket, but having to go thru security to get into the T&M.
So there is more than one building? I hope I don’t get lost
They are connected
They are checking tickets right when you walk by us, Der Dau, to get onto the concourse to your seats. Not sure, but doesn’t appear that they also ck by the entrance to vendors.
So - I really should have bought those earrings!
Can anyone help identify the jewelry vendor? They were on the far right as you entered the door, I think right across from the Schleese booth.
TIA!

the one directly across from Schleese was Caracol Silver

I LOVED that place. I bought a beautiful horse head pin and also a really nice ring !
There was also a vendor with jewelry in one of the middle aisles that had really nice jewelry and I also dropped some $$ there as well…
I was really disappointed in the vendors this year. I wasn’t tempted to buy a damned thing, and that’s rare. Also, I thought the WC souvenir stuff was ugly. And I went with the intention of buying a WC hoodie, and willing to pay a lot for it. But not for what they offered - ecchhh. :dead:
