Just a little brag - my hubby and I run the International Rescue Horse Registry and we got a really nice write up by the USDF. We are also a USDF All Breeds Award Participating Organization.

This little registry has come a long way in the years we founded it and I’m so proud of what it has become! We even have membership in Australia and England.

Thank you for this thread and I’m proud of you too! What a wonderful idea to start your organization and I’ll share the YourDressage.org story on Facebook too. Love that it includes so many different disciplines. Other than spreading the word, is there more we can do to help you?

P.S. I was closely involved with a local rescue and we even had a fundraiser and showed the Snowman documentary. It was a wonderful night. My truck has a bumper sticks that reads Who Rescued Who? Right?

Thanks so much! Pretty much spreading the word is FANTASTIC! We can’t afford to advertise so folks sharing the story is great. All of work is done by volunteers and ALL of the membership fees go back into programs (IRHR awards, the USDF business membership fees and costs for all breeds program, free registrations for bonafide rescues, etc). We give scholarships if there is any money left over.

My hubby and my farm funds whatever the membership fees don’t.
