Virginia Hunt Fest -- Octobr 23-30!!

In lieu of the (now) every-other-year Virginia Hunt Week, Old Dominion, Rappahannock and Warrenton hunts have combined to offer a full week of fun hunting and parties.

HuntFest 2010 includes six days of hunting and three parties.
Oct. 23 Warrenton Hunt barn dance (probably at their kennels near Warrenton.)
October 24th Rappahannock Hunt
Oct. 25 Warrenton
Oct. 26 ODH
Oct. 27 RH - plus bbq that night (probably at Jeannie McNear’s near little Washington)
Oct. 28 ODH
Oct. 29 open
Oct. 30 ODH/RH joint opening meet
Oct. 30 ODH hunt ball - Marriott Ranch in Hume

The cost is from $550 for the whole shootin’ match, to half that for members of any of those hunts, to a la carte cost for the parties.

We are starting to fill in the fixture card. Rappahannock will be hunting from The Hill on October 24th and Manwaring Gate on October 27th. As the ODH and WH declare their fixtures we’ll post up a fixture card at www.vahuntvest.com.

There are also half week options at $300. You can go Sunday through Wednesday, or Wednesday through Saturday.
