Visible jugular pulse?

Hi, perhaps this is a dumb question but occasionally I can see (what I think is) a visible jugular pulse on my mare (she is 28) while she is eating. I’ve read conflicting things as to whether I need to be concerned about this or not? Her head is usually roughly in line with her withers when I have seen it and like I said she is eating when I see it. (See attached video)

TIA

Sorry can’t comment on if it’s concerning or not but I can say I’ve seen it on ‘my’ (technically my neighbors but he calls Blondie mine) horse for years. Never seems to be an issue

My mare has been doing that lately but her head was a bit lower than your horse’s. I sent the video to the vet and they came out the next day and did an exam just to be on the safe side. They declared her heart to be fine so it was worth the peace of mind.
