Along with the various State Racing Commissions, this guy is a poster child for a National Governing Body of Racing. I’ll never quit harping about that.
He is a friend and associate of Sipp, Delahoussay, et al. He’s also Gill’s Massachusetts trainer who is well known by anyone close to the industry as a POS.
My question is might there be anybody who ever gets ruled off, banned, suspended or whatever other term you wish to give it…

Stuff like this is what has the sport in a shambles. The fact that racing even exists in this country is nothing short of a miracle.
