I don’t think cats change their minds.
One of mine still hates all the interlopers we acquiered 6 years ago. Just sometimes she slips up a little.

Meet N Greet update: we had a nice calm experience last night with the head trainer and the rescue dog. They sniffed and play bowed and generally just hung out in each other’s presence. Rescue dog is just the cutest thing… a Pit mix but a little smaller (about 35ish lb to Jazzys 60) and of a stouter build. The trainer had the same thought I did which is do a couple play dates and see how they feel before taking him back to jazzys territory. So nice and slow and see if we can build a relationship. Next Tuesday we will do an all day play date with head trainer before class and see where we are.
