Poor Waffles gets out of quarantine and all the people go into quarantine. Crazy times! Glad to hear he’s on his way back to an (eventually) normal life!

Saw this resurface recently on “train wreck threads” and then just saw this article from Horse Daily.
Thought it may belong here incase any future newbie importers happen to stumble across this thread… or that some of the original followers may be heartened a little by the “discussions” that are starting to take place about changing protocol.
I’m at least glad to see increased availability of info on the subject.
