A friend of mine just got word that her “heart horse” she sold a few years ago may have been sold on to a Warrenton member or staffer. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have any info beyond that.
The horse is a flea bitten gray TB, 16.3ish (maybe a little larger), in his mid teens by now. When she had him, his name was Bodyguard (“Guard” for short), and he did the A/A jumpers with him. He has an extremely unconventional jumping style, but was always a solid citizen that enjoyed his job.
She would just like to know that he is healthy and happy somewhere safe, as she really loved this horse a lot and he always did good by her. She has wondered about him for a long time now, and I know it would thrill her if she could find out what happened to him.
