Lots of faults for Michael Pollard. 28 I think. Horse was quick but flat and had lots of longer distances to the jumps.
Cricket score for Wonderful Will…
Aw! Whats up with this horse (Saldali) Has a really odd jump and is knocking things like crazy (and a refusal!) 50 faults!
FEI is streaming now!!! Beth Perkins had a cricket score - but got around!
I think Sal Dali was out of gas coming into today.
Tired & not a fan of the crowds?
Some of these rails are not going down…I’m hearing rubs all over the place.
I’m not an eventer so I apologize if this is a rude question, but what is up with Sarah Cousin’s posting motion at the trot? It looks like she’s just slamming up and down on the horse’s back. Did anyone else think that looked odd?

She was posting to the canter before the bell rang.
Another that looked a bit hot, but tired, and I did notice the posting at the canter. Still, the posting at the canter is usually quite soft, but with a hot to trot mare, maybe it didn’t look as pretty as it should…?

Bowling for poles! I hear it at almost every jump… I dont remember ever hearing this much tapping in the past?

No, this was certainly a trot.
NBC television just posted that Allison Springer is in first?!?
Is USEFN ringside audio not working for anyone else? All I hear now is the USEFN announcerdude…
Yes, I think they are doing that since NBC is on now.

I think they are doing a recap… that being the results after Dressage, they had Clark in 3rd and I know he didn’t finish the XC.

No, this was certainly a trot. ;)[/QUOTE]
Looked a lot like a canter to me.
Sally’s horses are often hot, difficult types. I’m thrilled that she finished so well. I’m not sure there’s a nicer and more hardworking pro on east coast.

It did look kind of rough, and she looked hot and tired, which I’m sure she was.
Just turned on NBC to watch SJ, and in their montage to start the show there was a quick shot of a horse on xc, not over a jump, looked like in one of the gallops, but it had reared up on its hind legs. Of course being tv it was like a 2 second shot. Anybody know who/what that was about?
Oh, and those red jackets for the U.S. team still look awesome. What a thrill it must be the first time you get to put one on.
