Water bottle holders for active riding

What is your favorite water bottle holder that won’t bounce and flap around if you are riding at a good (sensible) clip over varied terrain?

Snugpax or Stowaway. You want to be able to attach it snugly to your saddle and have Velcro over the top of the water bottles.
