We Have Quality NY Timothy/Orch. Sq. Bales

We have available year round exc. quality sq bales, 40-45 lbs of sweet smelling, green, horse hay! We will deliver right to your farm! Many repeat customers! Ex. references! We have horses and they eat every last bit of this hay. We have been in the hay buisness for over ten years.

How many min bales required? how much per bale? Is it a grass mix or timothy, first or 2nd cut?

I would also like to know if there is a minimum, where you are and if you deliver

Thanks

yes we deliver

The min amount depends on the area, the hay is first cut timothy orchard mix, cut in late june upstate NY, The price per bale will vary depending on your location. Our min price per bale is 5.50 within 250 miles of Binghamton NY.

so your delivered price is 275/ton in a four hour radius ???

Hi Tamara actually if you want to come directly to the farm in NY to buy your own hay the cost would be 140/ton. We use a 53 foot tractor trailer to deliver with. We average 14 tons per load. What would you consider a fair price for delivery per ton to be???

ours is a flat rate per loaded mile…it is at $2ish right now…that buys a full semi or a pickup truck or one bale in my car:lol::lol: (no difference) and floats up or down with the diesel prices which are right now $3.45 gal here.

we could send a truck but the hay does not weigh enough for us to send one so far,we’d have to be up at 20tons/53 ft…

Our price for diesel in NY right now is $3.69 per gal. On a straight run to a farm for a full tt load we charge $5.00 per bale (yes we do discount!) This is within 250 miles of us. Because we set a low minimum (100 bales) this allows us to stop at anywhere from 5 to 8 farms per delivery. We try to keep our customers happy!

we don’t have a minimun never have and charge a $50 drop fee on split loads…but we also have moffatt forklift (like lowes uses) in all our trucks so my drivers unload for the owners so there is no hand labor involved normally
