Lore is incredibly food motivated so I can only assume he smelled something and put his face in to check it out… then I guess it was too much effort to move before napping? Times you wish they could talk!

And then there were three… Twiggy showed up in our neighborhood less than a week after we took in Figaro. Our neighbor set up an insulated cat house for him, but after two nights down into the 30s, he was working my husband over hard. It’s been about two weeks, Fawkes is pouting less and even played with him very briefly. Figaro seems to love him like a brother from another mother.

thanks , everyone , for your wonderful cat pics. I am cat-less for the first time in a very long time. I am torn as I travel fairly frequently and have no one who could take care, Going to London in a few weeks and excited at the prospect of seeing , perhaps meeting Hodge, the Southwark Cathedral cat
