What a precious picture.

What a precious picture.
Sweet girl.
I was looking at old photos on Facebook today and ran across this one of Itty-Bitty when she was about 10 weeks old. Warning: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BURY YOUR FACE IN THE FOOFY TUMMY. She looks cute, but that’s how she lures you in for the kill!
Look at that evil little smile on her face. She is still too cute.
How is she doing? Still being a total terror?
Yes. A total, absolute terror. In fact, I took her to the vet last week for her shots, and we discussed getting an endocrine/hormone panel done to see if she has anything physical that might be causing her aggression. But apparently there are about 8 different tests that UC Davis can do, and each has a different protocol for sending samples, so my vet is talking to them about her symptoms and which tests they recommend.
I am hoping we find something there. If not, I don’t know what to do with her.
Vet also found that her anal glands were infected. Not just full - actually infected. He’s never seen that in a cat, let alone one that’s less than 2 years old. He was able to get a LOT of disgusting gunk out, and she’s on antibiotics for a few more days. However, she wasn’t showing any symptoms, and it hasn’t improved her attitude any.
That is a cute picture! I would be so tempted to tickle that belly. I hope you can figure out what is causing her attitude.
What the heck? That’s just odd. And poor kitty - a smelly and ouchy bum.
This is our latest rescue. DH brought her home on December 23, 2022. She was FIL’s farm - the (now) former tenant had set up a cat colony, but this little lady wasn’t having any of that nonsense, and jumped into DH’s car. (the other cats were not friendly, but they are all ear tipped/neutered). Her right ear is wonky, and she has since lost most of her left ear to frost bite (it was swollen when she came home, and apparent she would lose it, but we had to just wait for it to fall off.)
She is tiny, but she has gotten impressively fat since she came to live with us (she is spayed). Getting along well with the residents. Her favourite thing is to sit on your shoulders and fart in your face.
Two cuties!
Congratulations on the new family member. She’s a looker.
I like his socks!
Thanks. He does have cute socks!
Watcha plotting, Tom?
He’s looking good, Peggy!
It’s Bat Cat and Robin!
nice to have them all together for a group photo. My two that have been together for 5 years or more, cannot sit close to each other. Bug will begin to annoy Dickens, and D will leave in a huff. They can be in my bed with me, but on opposite sides.
Puddin never dares to come to the bedroom. She would be thrashed by Bug because they hate each other. The boys will lie at the foot of the bed like Gargoyles to guard the back door.
