We are looking into rental housing for WEG. Are there any areas of Lexington we should avoid?
Yes. It’s hard to be generalized though and say “not this side”, etc… There are pockets of the best and the not-so-best all over town.
Feel free to PM me with specific addresses/areas, and I’ll be happy to comment and steer you in the right direction. Traffic is also going to be a big issue, so that might want to be kept in mind as well.
Focus on Georgetown. Very close, no “bad neighborhoods,” some still available. Avoid north Lexington in general, tho there’s a couple of areas in that designation that are OK.
