Thanks! jbonifas, it’s a pentax k10, which I think is a pretty solid body for the price range its in. My only quibble with pentax is the limits on lenses - no where near the range of choice as you get with Nikon/Canon (even w/the Tamron options) and lenses are either stock inexpensive lens (like the one I used) or way more than I plan to pay for a lens given how little I use them.
