Anyone know if a vendor list has been published yet (assuming Tryon even bothers)?
Or anyone at least know of any vendors that have confirmed they will have a booth? I’m sure the usual suspects will be there (Kerrits, Schleese, Deniro etc).

I was looking at the booth prices for the vendors. Are the prices similar to previous years? They seem pretty spendy.
The vendor list is on their website.
Here’s the list…

Booths are expensive. A few national organizations have chosen not to go because of the expense.
I also know that they have turned some people down.
Yes, the booths were outrageously priced. I wonder who had final say on that. I’m assuming Tryon but I have no idea.
Honestly the list looks underwhelming at the moment but I hope I’m proven wrong.
I heard that they are charging ~$20k to be a vendor! At USPC Champs a lot of the permanent vendors said that they were vacating their shops- I am guessing that was because they didn’t want to/couldn’t pay that, and to provide space for others (that could pay that exorbitant fee) to come in. What is it typically at Land Rover (Rolex)?
I wonder if any of the vendors are stressing about the effect of security stipulations and parking on sales. The odds of someone buying a larger item to carry back on a 5 mile shuttle seems pretty low.
So happy that CO will be there! Time for a new hat.
Vendor pricing is on their website: http://vendors.tryon2018.com/page/vendor-pricing They start at 8,450$. But you also have to add in costs for electricity and they don’t even give you a staff person for that price so add that in and real fast the small booths are at close to 9K. In addition there are labor and materials charged but no mention of the rate for those…
Looks like the vendor list has been updated. Same link, but more vendors listed. https://tryon2018.com/page/vendors
How have the vendors fared with the rain? Having been through many wind and rain issues in the old vendor tents at Rolex, I’m curious (and hopeful for them) that the vendors are in good, waterproof tents or structures. I know they must be disappointed by the weather disturbances and the effects on attendance, etc.
The shopping was awesome, and lots of people with lots of bags, so people were spending! Tons of top quality vendors, a few doozies in there but most were good! All the major brands were represented. They were all hunkering down yesterday after xc in prep for the rains today, but the tents seemed very stable so hopefully they will fare well.
Are the vendors still open today - Sunday? Or is it shut down for the weather?
As far as I know everything is shut down today.
