Welly Reviews (the boots, not the show)

I had made up my mind to plunk down the cash for the Hunters, then saw all the horrible reviews on them. Have they changed manufacturers? They used to be the best.

So instead, I got these http://www.zappos.com/kamik-jennifer-black?zlfid=191&ref=pd_brand_page in brown. Fantastic quality for the price, and they fit me almost perfect.

Since we all seem to go through boots of a multitude of styles, this one might be one to add to the list.

Ooh! Those are cute! Way to got Trevelyan96, now I’m going to have to sit here telling myself that I do not need another pair of boots! But I really like the light blue ones. . . Couldn’t you have posted this a bit closer to Christmas?

Those are cute–I like the grey.

I actually do like my Hunters; the regular ones have held up well for a year now, and I like my welly warmers. I also have a pair from the UK that I special-ordered and I really love those–they’re a thicker rubber and very comfortable, and a little warmer than the regular ones.

Unfortunately my Hunter wellies only lasted a year. I used them for walking the dogs each morning. They are already cracked and leaking. Will look into those.

Gah $65?!!!

I bought some rubber boots at TSC last fall when my horses leg got big and I saw another season of cold hosing outside in the elements in my future.
They are still going strong.

I think they were under $40.

I had the TSC ones but they always chafed my heels. I bought a pair if Hunters 2 years ago and they are still going strong and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
