Yes. This year-to-year (or every few years) thing has been going on since I was doing county shows there around 2005 or so.
The woman who ran the office for the county finals show joked every year that she should really replace the window blinds in the office so she wasn’t blinded by the sun. But why bother, since they might not be there the following year. And then, there we were again.
