"Western" jewelery any wild guesses?

A friend of mine has asked me if I can help him identify a piece of jewelery he picked up as part of a lot.

He says it’s a silver clip with charms and two attachments that look like it should go through a collar. He was told it was for Western riding. (I might be wrong on the description)

Wrong discipline for me and he forgot to bring it in to work today so I don’t have a photo but I was hoping someone might point me in the right direction. He said he’ll try to remember to bring it in and if he does I’ll post a picture.

It’s people jewelery. It looks like maybe something that would go on a show shirt. Anyone know if it has a name. I think it’s very pretty.

concho is likely what it is. It’s just something to attach to your center ring on your breast plate to hide the ring that is already there. Not to be used with breast collars that don’t have leather there as well. http://www.horseloverz.com/Breastcollars/185366-TORY-LEATHER-Braided-Breast-Strap.html can hold a concho

I used to use them when I was doing western pleasure. A little bling to bring out the wide chest of the horse I was riding.

Photo link added to first post.

From an old farts point of view it looks more like indian jewelry that would be attached to womans shirt collar…(.similar to a mans tie tack that is attached around and under the tie to the shirt )

ETA: I also agree with the " sweater guard " answer from your other post. I was having one of those brain fart senior moments and cudnt think of the name:D

Another old fart chiming in - collar clip for a square dance blouse and many had stones that picked up colours from the skirt. These took over after the women quit wearing a scarf with an open necked blouse.
