I haven’t ridden western for years, but I started out in horses doing showmanship on the Paint circuit and then moving to western pleasure stuff with my QH. I then got bitten by the jumping bug and I’ve been doing eventing with my OTTBs ever since.
I’m a little burned out and a few people have suggested a change in discipline for a while… or ever.
I’d like to try riding western again. It was always good to me. My older trainer doesn’t give lessons anymore so I was looking for suggestions. I’m in Cecil County MD but can trailer.
