Looks like some Botero derivative. Whole point of view is sexually possessive and dominating. I can see why it would appeal to a macho abuser like Parra and wouldn’t be surprised if he has some dark history with partners too.

What? I’ve read some dumb stuff on this board, but this ranks right up there with the dumbest. Your “logic” is ridiculous. Honestly, I don’t know how you came up with this. It’s absurd.
Does it matter? In fairness, it does evoke a feeling. 
(cringe) A creepy piece of art by any name is still a creepy piece of art. Even “great” artists can produce crap.
It’s probably the same artist who created this one. The photos are of the rooms, not the art, but I don’t see any sort of signature on either one of the paintings. I do like the chair… but I’ve never understood the need for a chair in a bedroom other than another surface to collect clothes that have been worn once but aren’t ready for the laundry basket.
