$35 - $55 for a barefoot trim in SE Texas.
I’ve never had a horse shod on all 4 but front shoes only is anywhere from $90-$140.
$25 for a full trim every 5 weeks. The farrier does several at the barn so there’s no service or travel fee.
My previous farrier was $40 and I’ve paid up to $50. The best of the 4 farriers I’ve used on a long-term basis was $35.
Was $50 for several years …now he raised it to $65
My husband is a farrier and shoes a lot of high end sport horses in San Diego and Temecula. He charges $50 for a trim.
I use to pay $20 for a trim, but that farrier was very hard to get a hold off, so I recently switched and now pay $30 for a trim. And he gets done every 10 weeks.
