That’s a great idea! I keep a jacknife in the little cubby in my truck dash, but I think I’ll velcro one inside the horse compartment (out of reach of course). In an emergency you’d want it as close by as possible!
Oh, my trailer came with a bar of hooks in the horse compartment up at the head. I have 11’ stalls, so most horses can’t reach it, and I usually haul my one horse on the other side, so it’s perfect to hang a broom and pitchfork there. I keep a muck bucket right below it, secured with a strap to one of the tie rings.
