What black breast plates do you like for dressage?

I have three of those as well! One brown and two black. They are very are great quality and great looking. However, I like the idea of attaching at the billets rather than the D-rings since the D-rings can pop right out if the saddle really starts to go sideways. I have never had a saddle slip more an than inch or two, but prevention is worth a pound of cure as I get older, haha.

Well, I tried to edit this, but ended up adding a new post below. Oh well.

Edited to add: The traditional three-points are nice as they completely avoid the shoulders and do not restrict movement. The ones that go from billet to billet across the chest seem like they could pull across the shoulders, flop up and down or dig into the base of the neck in stretchy work. I have yet to have one that actually fits, so it is just my impression from trying to fit the one I have.

I have the D-ring savers that slip over the stirrup bars. I didn’t find they altered my leg position at all, being about 1/4" wide, and they are far sturdier than the saddle D-rings.
