Why not message the poster? It’s so faraway that I can’t tell more than snaffle with no reins.
I’m not exactly sure, but I know Pessoa had an inset noseband style like that for awhile (but not in that color; I’m willing to bet that photo may have been set to grayscale other than the muzzle and hooves). There have probably been others as well, but I only remember the Pessoa one.

It looks similar to the Red Barn Sonoma with the skinny raised part and the stitching crossing near the cheekpiece, but not exact.
I looks to me like a Richard Castelow bridle. They are beautiful and very common in Wellington
