Love it! The brighter the better, during hunting season.
I have a neon orange AP pad for my horse and a bright orange, adjustable hunting vest that I can wear over anything.

That bright blue seems more effective of a don’t shoot me color than orange does, Even now, there are berries on the trees here that at a distance look orange. And when hunting season opens, and we’re at the height of fall colors, gold and orange is the same color of everything in the woods. I dress my dogs in bright blue and bright purple collars instead of that hunter-orange color.
Eh. There’s a reason all the states require blaze orange for hunting and not purple.

In the snow hunter-orange makes perfect sense, but at in places like here, where there are the possum berries all over the shrubs, and in the fall when deer season opens and orange and yellow leaves are the same color i don’t understand why. It just doesn’t make sense to me.
Another orange fan! Between bow and gun season here, orange is a staple for us. My paprika LeMieux pad and bonnet are on the way and I can’t wait

Oh my, that is perfect! LOL!
Reminds me of a Hunter pace when my young, fresh off the track Tb mare and I met a team of horses wearing bells around their necks. I thought she was going to have a heart attack. we had to go hide in the woods (well, crash through the brush in leaps and bounds) to let them pass.

@2bayboys. My rum coat came today and I am floored by how well it fits! I am a small woman and sometimes the 2R doesn’t hit right in the shoulders. This is perfect !!! And I love the vents. It’s going to be so wonderful in the Florida heat. Thank you for sharing.
