Hmm… Could they “wander off” to a low cost spay/neuter facility?
The guy with the constantly pregnant female and two intact males keeps the dogs in a fenced dog yard now because one of them bit two elderly ladies on two separate occasions when they were out for a walk. The dog ran into the road and bit them. Animal control confiscated the biter and the owner (squatter) had to pay a hefty fine and install the dog yard. The neighbor with the inbred pieces of crap are the ones that wander and I do believe they have been fixed.
re bold, these are two separate people?
Or Squatter makes three?
Yes, the neighbors on one side have two of the offspring of the squatter’s dog who lives on the other side of me. The squatter keeps his dogs in the fenced yard while the other neighbor lets his dogs wander.
And now squatter’s dogs are barking non-stop at nothing which they do every day multiple times. This will go on until the owner shuts them up.
Ugh, what a nightmare
Can you install a proximity anti-bark device?
I don’t know if you can get close enough to make one work. My FIL lived in a neighborhood and his immediate next door neighbor had a bored dog that barked incessantly. The bird house anti bark device worked to solve that issue for him. Follow that link, that’s where we found the bird house outdoor device.
Maybe, my fence line is right across from the dog yard so could hang it on there. Just went by and one of the puppies was out and there was a large pig chatting up the squatter’s pig also outside the dog yard. Did I mention he has a pig? Cute pot belly but it’s pretty big. So I assume the new pig is his and I am hoping it’s been fixed. The last thing we need are a litter of piglets in the neighborhood.
Oh dear God
^ this what she said I’d have to move
Maybe you should check your local ordinances ?
We’re in an unincorporated part of the county so local city ordinances don’t apply.
Yes, it’s his new pig so now, living in the dog yard are three dogs, two puppies, and two pigs. Not only that but he has one hen and one rooster who is not shy about crowing at 4:30 in the morning.
We have County ordnances.
This sounds like the neighbor three farms down from our old place when were lived in Florida. They had twenty-two full sized pigs, four aggressive pits, and many random chickens and ducks in their fenced yard (big points for at least having a fence). When wind was just right, you could catch that special hoggy aroma. This was despite county limits and a local zoning specifically against pigs.
