Is it Sire/Dam/Dam’s Sire ?
That is what I thought but I’ve seen a couple that look like that can’t be so just checking?

father/mother/maternal grandfathter
in europe dam is usually not mentioned, if you see european quotes like that it will show sires only via falling (maternal) damline.

Most times I see it used as Sire/Dam’s Sire/Granddam’s Sire
Love that I have two responses and two different answers. But yeah, those are the two different ways I have seen it.
I used to host AHS inspections yearly in my area. When I received information for putting together the inspection program from AHS, they listed entries like this (notice the use of backslashes and dashes):
Sire - Dam/ Damsire
When I see all backslashes, I assume the correct interpretation is:
Sire/ Damsire/ Granddams’ sire
